  Small and friendly, mixed ability classes with a maximum of 12.  
 
What to wear
 
  You should wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely. Water and equipment
is provided.
 
Results & benefits
 
  Improvements in Strength, Flexibiliy, Muscle tone, Posture and the prevention of future injuries.

Vinyasa Yoga:

This is a gentle Vinyasa style class with an emphasis on alignment, form and safety. It is a basic level class where everyone is welcome regardless of flexibility, fitness level or previous yoga experience.

Vinyasa Flow is an off shoot of Astanga Vinyasa. Whilst Astanga is fixed sequences, Vinyasa yoga is made up of creative flows of asanas (poses), created by the individual teacher.

Pilates and Yoga Fusion classes:

The Pilates and Yoga Fusion class combines the core stabilisation and strengthening exercises of Pilates, with the flow and flexibility benefits of Vinyasa style Yoga. This provides the best of both practices in the one class.

All classes are Mixed Ability where everybody is welcome to attend.

All levels are catered for.
