Hi There! I love Pilates and Yoga and I want to share these practices with as many people as I can because I truly believe that anybody who tries these forms of exercise will benefit from them. The wonderful thing about Pilates and Yoga exercises is that they can be modified to make them easier or more challenging, making them accessible to all.

All in-person classes have been cancelled for now due to the current Covid-19 situation. Classes are now live-streamed on ZOOM, so please feel free to join me on there for Pilates and Yoga every weekday 🙂 For just £8 per week you have unlimited access to all the ZOOM classes (12 classes each week).
